Launch Smart Sites — Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Launch Smart Sites, a service of Premier Media Services Inc. ("Launch Smart Sites," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase a plan, or use our website, hosting, and business platform services.
It applies to launchsmartsites.com and to the websites and platform accounts we build and manage for our clients (Launch, Plus, Ecommerce, and Growth plans). It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or your own customers' data once it lives inside your own connected accounts (see Section 6).
If you're on the Growth plan, your CRM, forms, AI voice agent, and text/email campaigns will collect information about your own customers (names, phone numbers, emails, call/chat transcripts) inside your GoHighLevel account. That data belongs to you as the business owner — we act as your service provider in configuring and maintaining that system, not as the owner of your customer data.
Our site and the sites we build use cookies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Site Kit), and — where applicable — a cookie consent banner (GDPR Cookie Consent) that lets visitors accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.
If you're on the Growth plan, your business phone number, two-way texting, missed-call text-back, and AI voice agent features operate through the GoHighLevel platform and are subject to telecom carrier requirements, including A2P 10DLC registration for business texting. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your own customers before texting or calling them, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. Message and data rates may apply to your customers depending on their carrier plans.
We rely on the following categories of third-party providers to deliver our services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Hostinger | Website hosting for Launch, Plus, and Ecommerce plans |
| GoHighLevel | CRM, funnel hosting, calendar, AI voice/chat, and messaging for Growth plan |
| Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions and Ecommerce store transactions |
| Google (Site Kit / Analytics) | Website analytics and search performance data |
| Wordfence | Website security, firewall, and malware scanning |
| Rank Math | On-page SEO configuration (does not itself collect visitor data) |
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
We retain client account and billing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Website content and backups are retained per Section 7.3 of our Terms & Conditions. You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 10, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including firewall protection, SSL encryption, and secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers — to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You may exercise these rights by emailing us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under your local law (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK). We will honor reasonable, verifiable requests consistent with those rights to the extent they apply to our services.
Our services are intended for businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our sites do not currently respond to them differently than to other visitors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for active clients, notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information can be sent to [email protected].
