Clear usage and scope
Phone number, calls, texts, email, and AI usage cost extra based on actual use. Usage is not unlimited. We'll confirm the scope and applicable usage charges before launch; custom integrations or additional work require a separate quote.
Three-month minimum
The minimum and monthly billing begin at system launch. Cancellation during that minimum takes effect at its end and billing continues through it. Afterward, cancel at the end of your current billing period. Existing client agreements remain as agreed.

Use approved business facts and test routine questions, lead capture, available actions, and fallback responses. Confirm any calendar or integration requirements before promising a capability.
3. Approve and launch
Review the setup before launch, then keep business information current. Launch timing depends on the agreed scope, access, content, and testing; we do not promise a fixed activation date.

Is voice a separate package?
Our advertised AI voice offer is part of the $199/month Business Lead System with $499 setup. Usage and separately scoped custom work are extra.
Can I use my current phone number?
We'll review your current setup and supported routing options. Keeping, forwarding, or moving a number depends on your provider and the agreed configuration.
Will it replace my staff?
It helps with routine first responses and lead collection. Your team remains responsible for judgment, complex questions, and follow-through. AI can make mistakes; we do not guarantee every call, booking, lead, or result.
What about urgent or sensitive requests?
This offer is for ordinary local-business lead reception. It is not an emergency dispatch service. Sensitive or regulated use needs a separate review; we do not make blanket compliance certifications.
What is the refund guarantee?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a refund of the first monthly service fee actually paid. Setup is generally nonrefundable after work begins, subject to the delivery exception and applicable law. Used phone/text/email/AI and third-party fees are excluded.
